The deadline to turn in applications will be April 6 at 6pm, all ages are welcome to participate. You can turn this application in at any El Paso Public Library location. Winners will be contacted that their design was chosen and get their design printed on bookmarks that will be distributed at Día de los Niños, Día de los Libros on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Pavo Real Park and Complex at 9301 Alameda Ave.
